The API doesn't provide this functionality, really though, there are
various definitions of what constitutes a Zip Code in a specific area,
such as: Is the centroid point contained? Is it entirely within? Does
it touch? Along with this is the inevitable question as to what a Zip
Code (US anyway) looks like as a polygon. Each database is different
so the answer to the question "What Zip Codes are within this area?"
will also be different.
