There have been posts in this group in the past about toggling
polygons (or polylines, but they are similar), you could search the
group for them.

I would suggest doing something similar to what you do with the
markers (use a createPolygon function for function closure to
associate the click listener, push them onto an array for easy
processing), you don't have to put them in the spreadsheet unless you
are going to add more or it makes it easier for you.
