I am wondering whats the benefit of using Google Maps API Premier over the free version. Is it just the number of requests that you can send per day? I am asking this because i have lots of point markers and polygons overlay-ed into the same area. So when i overlay point and polygon markers together, it seems to show them correctly but having trouble with performance. It takes too long to load and even browser complains about it saying that script has stopped responding and gives me two option to choose whether to stop the script or continue. My question is, Is that something Google Maps API Premier version can solve? I know Google earth could be a possible solution, but my clients dont prefer to go that route as we might then loose some of the layer control that we have it dynamically generated for Google Map display.
