There isn't an easy way of doing it, but you can use Streetview to give you the information, if it's available for your street. Find the closest Streetview panorama; get the location of the adjacent panorama and calculate its bearing. I do something similar with http://www.acleach.me.uk/gmaps/streetview-infow2.htm so that the Streetview shown is always perpendicular to the street -- I calculate the angle and then subtract 90 degrees to look at the adjacent buildings face-on. [Go to that url, enter your coordinates and then click the marker presented] If you don't have Streetview available, you would have to use directions and find the angle to the first route vertex.
