Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

The overlay data is in an xml file and is read and parsed using
GDownloadUrl.  So I'm reading from your response that all the data is
handled locally and not via Google.

To turn off indexing I added the code you suggested.  Please take a quick
look at this to make sure I did it right.  It's important that I know our
data stays within the bounds of our servers and firewall.  Thanks again for
the help.
