We've tried to explain what the problem is, it isn't easy to
understand asynchronous behaviour and the order that things happen in.

was able to fix it

You could perhaps simplify your problems to start working towards the
solution.   Put aside the idea of tabs in your infowindow for now,
just get one simple infowindow working.

Not many people here will write your script for you.  They'll give you
lots of help to write your own, or if it is beyond you you may need to
hire someone.
