While that may be the case, the API *does* currently cope with full
postcodes. However, this may be an error -- which has happened before
-- and might not last for ever.

Try B1 3EG,UK; and 3EF and 3EE. They're all in different places :-)
Non-existant codes seem to degrade nicely to the sector or district.
