I have discovered every business with a map in Stoke is losing enquiries. Certain obvious and key search terms such as 'hairdressers stoke,' or even 'hairdressers stoke on trent staffs' exclude registered maps. Instead they point to a small hamlet in Cheshire called 'Stoke' In practise this flags up the hairdessers in the nearest large town - Nantwich. This applies to all businesses. Therefore, I'm sure the likes of PC World would like to know that any searching for 'computers stoke' exclude PC World and instead people searching for them are pointed to a tractor in a field in the tiny hamlet with 50 residents! As there are no businesses or maps there - Nantwich gets all the traffic. How has this come about? Is it a problem in other areas - and how can it be remedied?
