Probably best to use one of the 3rd party georss parsers (I think
these will work for your feed):
GeoXml -    http://econym.org.uk/gmap/extensions.htm#GeoXml
EGeoXml - http://econym.org.uk/gmap/extensions.htm#EGeoXml

Then pass the locations of the markers (in the correctly ordered
array) to GDirections.
