Hello again, for those who some day encounter the same problem then me, here comes the solution I used: The KML contains the coordinates for my area twice, the first in the way of an LineString to show the area's borders but without interfeering with clicks inside the area and then I repeat the coordinates in the way of a Polygon but hidding it inmediately using map.removeOverlay (by the way, I'm using egeoxml for all this and refer to the polygon with exml.gpolygons[0]). This way I see the area, can click inside and have a variable wich allows me to control if a click has been inside or outside this area. Hope this helps. Cheers!!
