Looks like Google changed the terms of service, reducing the geocode limit to 2,500 per day. My app, still in development, was throttled so that it would not violate the old limit (throttled, and it runs sporadically every few days), but it looks like it exceeded the lower 2,500 limit, and my IP has been banned. (maybe this switch to 2,500 happened in the switch to v3, and I just didn't catch it?).
Regardless, I'll happily conform to the new limit - and obviously would have if I realized it was lowered. So - my IP has been blocked for about 4 days now. Is there any way to get unblocked?
