The documentation states you must use a API key:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/geocoding/v2/index.html

If you are not using a key, they you are not using the Geocoding API V2.


As such your use is probably governed by the General Maps terms (its
still a maps.google url)
which basically says "thou shall not"
