horray, Managed to get video working in the maximized infoWindow by using iframes.
http://www.oryanfilms.com/map_test3.html Only problem now is how do I individually define the content for each marker, it seems to play the same video for each, i was wanting different videos for different markers. Would anyone be able to suggest an idea?
