Hi,
I read this FAQ post and want to ask, if this is the right part and if
i do not have to break the free licence agreement with my project:
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/faq.html#tos_commercial

I want to create a kind of Yellow Pages, where customers pay a fee to
have an entry in it.
Their address is shown on google maps, which I implement with the API.

The site is free for all visitors of the site.

I think this part (especially the parts in the brackets) is relevatnt
for me:

10. License Restrictions

...you must not:

10.4 charge users or any other third party any fee for the use of the
Maps API Implementation, the Service, or the Content, unless you have
entered into a separate written agreement with Google or obtained
Google's written permission to do so (but if you are a consultant who
creates or hosts Maps API Implementations for third party customers,
you may charge such customers a fee for your consulting or hosting
services);

Can somebody confirm this?

Thanks in advance!
Sting
