Hi, we at charity: water have been using Google Earth for months now. For each village that we build a well in, we enter certain facts into our Google Documents account, and have it published so that it connects to Google Earth with the GPS info. Ordinarily we can click on the village names that we've loaded into "My Places" (Google Earth) and see a blurb to track the well at the given location.
Today we encountered a problem however - None of countries, let alone village tabs will load and connect. Right click & refresh yields a red sign. We'd appreciate it if you could help us solve this and reconnect. So far we have tried restarting and reloading the countries in the same process we used at set-up - but the countries won't even load into My Places.
