I need to take an irregular polygon which I have the latitude/
longitude coordinates currently. I can map this out fine, but what I
cannot seem to understand is what it would take to create a boundary
around this irregular polygon. For example I have 4 points on a map
that create a square. I want to show the square as 1 color and a
border around the square that represents an exact 1000 feet boundary.
The larger polygon would have rounded corners and wouldn't just be a
square that is 1000 feet bigger.

Thank in advance.
