Well, I guess I could after all have done it for you: Here's the source of GeoXml http://code.google.com/p/geoxml/source/browse/trunk/geoxmlfull.js and inspecting it shows that you can get hold of the array of parsed markers as mylayer.overlayman.markers where mylayer is your GeoXml object.
