No, the first thirty characters (or so) of the key identify the Google account.

I think the only practical thing to do is to create another Google
account and create new keys for your other projects. Unfortunately
this is one reason why advice here has always been to have clients get
their own keys.

Google have consistently said that they will contact an account holder
if they are going to suspend a key. So until that happens, you should
be safe. Even if they do want to suspend that key because the client
has abused the service, it's likely to be only that key (that is, they
turn off the url part of the key) rather than all keys associated with
your account -- and that is the time to reply and say that that key
isn't actually yours any more.
