Yes: I get a 404 too. I suggest raising it as an issue.

Google's servers are opaque. It's possible that an intermittent 404
means that the requested file is not present on one or more
loadbalanced servers. That situation shouldn't happen, but Google's
release strategy and testing has not been entirely foolproof in the
past -- and Tuesday, when the fault was first noticed, is a release
day.
