The easiest way to explain the problem is to look at it at my Wordpress site. Please see - http://kuckoo.com/featured/krka-national-park/ - this image has exif lat long which is being picked up by a plugin to give the exif data at top right of page when the link is clicked Google maps opens with a red A marker and a Green arrow marker, the green arrow is in the correct position. The map below the image, which comes from code in the wordpress theme also has the Red marker in the same position as the green arrow on Google maps so that is correct. Jolly good.
We now move to another image - http://kuckoo.com/featured/turkey-seven-capes/ - if you now click the exif link at top right Google maps shows the middle (I presume) of Turkey, zoom out and the green arrow is in the correct place, if you then click the Search Me button it takes you to the correct location in the sea just by the Seven Capes. On the map below the image the position is middle of Turkey with a red marker. Zoom out there is no green arrow. Another image that works ok is - http://kuckoo.com/croatia/trogir-marina/ - This image - http://kuckoo.com/croatia/sveti-klement-2/ shows ok on the main google map with the red A marker in the centre of the island and the green arrow in the correct place but the map under the image only shows the red A marker in the wrong place. I would like for the image position to be marked in the lat long position and for both the small site map and Google maps to move to that position.
