I see 2 problems:
1. you are not setting the sensor parameter, it need to be set to
either true or false (but that usually gives a meaningful error)
2. the key on http://disciplecovenantconference.org/map/
was not registered for that URL.  I would suggest registering for the
key again, you and using the key you receive (which should be
different from the one you are using now).
