hello,
i am developing my project for android based mobiles which allows the
user to search for places say hospitals or restaurants etc. i then
calculate the nearest place to the current location and then i want to
give the directions to that particular location. However, i am stuck
at the last part...
the directions api says that you can pass latitude and longitude of
the place rather than passing the textual address... but they haven't
gien any specific example...
can anyone please help me with this...
i am getting the latitude and longitude of the place nearest to my
current location.. all i need to do is to pass these coordinates as
the destination values...
this is my url ..
URL url = new URL("http://maps.google.com/maps/api/directions/xml?
origin=22.725313"+"75.865555"+"&destination"+lat+lng+"sensor=false");
they have said that we there should be no space between the latitude
and longitude. i tried that also.. but nothing seems to work...
please help
it is urgent!
