Hi, We are using the Google GeoCode API free service to calculate and store the latitude/longitide of addresses to be displayed in Google map. Even though the daily API Call limit is as high as 15000, on a daily basis we experience a "620" response back from Google. However we just send less than 100 API calls a day.The API call is initiated whenever the address of an account is changed or added.
The application that makes the API call is hosted in a saleasforce.com server (a multitenant environment)Could you please let me know if the "exceeding query limit" issue is due to the fact that it is not just our company who is making use of the Google free service API but also there may be other companies making this call and that all these companies share the same server (IP Address)?
