How about checking the output of
http://www.dsys.ca/testing/special_inc/phpsqlajax_genxml_sites.php
which your site requests?

<br />
<b>Notice</b>:  Undefined index:  Community_ID in
<b>/home/dsys/public_html/testing/special_inc/phpsqlajax_genxml_sites.php</b>
on line <b>15</b><br />
Invalid query: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual
that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to
use near '' at line 1

which of course isn't much good as XML for your page.

That indicates that your GDownloadUrl or equivalent doesn't include a
querystring because $_GET['Community_ID'] is failing (which in turn
causes the SQL error because your SQL query ends with =). And indeed
the request doesn't provide any parameter:

request.open("GET", "special_inc/phpsqlajax_genxml_sites.php", true);

so you need to extract the querystring from your page URL (look up the
javascript location.search) and append it to your data url.
