Probably the fact that those links don't exist in the DOM until the infoWindow is opened. I'm surprised that it works in Firefox/Chrome. Without taking apart the nyroModal script (which is difficult, since it's packed) it's not really possible to suggest much. But a previous thread at http://groups.google.com/group/Google-Maps-API/browse_thread/thread/bd7072f4d1de37af where I dissected Lightbox may provide some ideas.
