Hi It appears that the elevation API is governed by the standard terms (http://code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html)
However, does anyone know if use is permitted in a paid iPhone app that uses MapKit (which is governed by these terms: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/iphone/terms.html)?
