Merely that Rackspace seems to crop up time and time again in connection with this error. That may mean nothing more than they host more sites than any other. Or it may mean that they have more sites behind a single external IP address than any other. Either way, a redesign of your site's strategy in order that geocoding is done in the client (and then sent back to the server perhaps) might be beneficial. Divide and conquer.
