Indeed. It's using the "Edificio Arcis" part, and that's the part
which is confusing the API geocoder.

The geocoder only does street addresses, not building names (even when
they can be used as part of an address).

This works in the API:
RUA IVONE SILVA, 6 4, LISBOA PORTUGAL
