You also have choose something from the preceding categories. I selected Stockholm and the map was centred south of Stockholm, at 59,279,18.10089 (exactly where you have told it to be in mainlatlon[0],[1]). It also geocoded an address in Seattle for some reason. Larry answered a very similar question (involving exactly the same coordinates and odd geocoding) a little while ago. The answer hasn't changed. Specify where you want the map to be centred, and it will go there. What you may want to consider is making your markers [based on the user selection of type and location] and adding them to the map, but also extending a GLatLngBounds with their location. Then you can centre on the bounds and fit the zoom of the map to it so that all the markers are nicely shown.
