I have a question about element 10.3 of the TOS,that states: [you or others may not]
10.3 pre-fetch, cache, or store any Content, except that you may store limited amounts of Content for the purpose of improving the performance of your Maps API Implementation if you do so temporarily, securely, and in a manner that does not permit Am I correct in assuming it is possible to import manually created kml files in the Google Maps API ; while its not possible to say , export a file with 2 markers or a route previously searched through the API, and allow a user to download it, or is this permitted for kml/kmz files?
