hmmm. I seem to remember your question being about if you could put
lines and shapes on a map, the answer to which was yes.

I don't know the capabilities of the google spreadsheet option. Many
people choose to store their information in either an xml file (see
tutorial here: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/basic3.htm) or a JSON file
(tutorial: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/basic12.htm) although that same
page has various other options which you may want to explore. It may
be that you can use a google spreadsheet in the same way (it would
make sense, being that it's all google), but I didn't see anything
specific in the documentation.

As far as I am aware, there is no easy method for making perfect
circles. The easiest way to do it if you weren't writing your own code
may be to use a tool like this: http://www.birdtheme.org/useful/googletool.html
