I'm not sure how many people use Google Maps for desktop applications, but I have a question I'm hoping you guys can help me with. My company is developing a desktop application and are in the evaluation stages. We are receiving 403 errors back from the Google Map Server which I'm lead to believe is us getting rejected because of too many request/ second and then we must wait a period until we are able to request tiles again. My question is, does having a Premier license and signing my URLs with my key lift this throttling or does this request per period of time limit remain in place even for premier license holders? If so, what is the request per period of time limit so that request can be limited accordingly?
