Wrong group, I'm afraid. Queries about any map whose URL starts maps.google. should be directed to the Maps Help Forum http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/maps?hl=en. *This* group deals with maps developers have created themselves using the API (Application Programming Interface). What you might find helps is to move your business *slightly* south of your neighbour's. Bear in mind that there's nothing to stop him doing the same thing.
