Wrong group, I'm afraid. Queries about any map whose URL starts
maps.google. should be directed to the Maps Help Forum
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/maps?hl=en. *This* group deals
with maps developers have created themselves using the API
(Application Programming Interface).

What you might find helps is to move your business *slightly* south of
your neighbour's. Bear in mind that there's nothing to stop him doing
the same thing. Perhaps you could try to get him to agree to moving
both your markers apart a little (so that neither is exactly right,
but both are visible and in approximately the right place).
