I want to make a mobile application in which I can trace the route I just went through. It has to handle offline use of the maps as it will be used in an area where there's no internet access at all, no 3G or GPRS either. The map should only cover a little area in the countryside. Do you know if there's any way of achieving this with google maps or should I try some other map system as garmin mobile, etc. ?
