Hi, I have posted this question before but I did not receive any resolutions or strong leads and so I post again in hope to catch someone's eye that can help fix this problem.
I have a website that has a list of routes that the user can select from. Each route has its own kml file and is loaded on the map when clicked on the route. It creates a stop list and the stops are displayed on the map and it also shows buses wherever applicable. A live version of the website is at http://tinyurl.com/intexmap1 My problem is that the route traces or kml files work sometimes and don't work sometimes when using Internet Explorer as the browser. I know that this problem existed using versions 7, 8 and 9 of IE. Since this 'bug' is inconsistent, I request that anyone giving the following steps a chance should have a bit of patience and persistence. To test this 'bug' one could follow the following steps: - Open up that link in IE - Pick a route from the route list on the left (say 45) - Wait for the route trace to load in map and the stop list to load in left panel - Then select 'Routes' tab on top-left - Pick another route from the routes list (say 47) - Wait for the route trace to load in map and the stop list to load in left panel - Select 'Routes' tab on top-left and repeat steps with different routes every time (you may repeat but try not to repeat right away) Hopefully, it will not load a route trace on a few occasions for you. I have seen it not load a particular route once and then whenever I get back to it after a couple other routes, it works fine then. What is more intriguing is the fact that none of the routes will NEVER fail in Firefox or Google Chrome! Thank you for looking at this issue. Any kind of help is appreciated and if you need some more detail, I will gladly provide it to help you understand this issue better.
