Hi, we created an android application using Google maps API v2, in
this app you can create a polygon, poly line or circle on top of the
map and send it, but we have a problem.

After the shape is created (any shape) when we go back and open it
again (whether it was sent or not) the shape moves, actually is like
each point of the shape moves or shifts independently and we cannot
have a consistent shape exactly like the original when we just created
it.

I experimented doing this also using Google Maps, specifically My
Maps, using my desktop computer and it does the same. I create a
shape, save it, I close the browser and when I open it again and open
the shape, it is different. Sometimes it changes a lot, other times
not that much. However, and this happens on the app and on the
internet version, the shifted shape remains the same every time I open
it, it only changes from the original when created, the rest of the
time, once it changes, you can open it anytime and it stays the same.

Why is this happening? Why the shapes we create on Google maps are not
consistent with the original? Has someone else experienced this? and
how can it be fixed?
