Hello Mike, I agree with you that nothing in the "Creating a Store Locator with PHP, MySQL & Google Maps" V2 code limits results in the Sidebar entry.
I changed the original code only for UFT8 handling since we have a lot of accentuated characters here in Québec (Canada). Company, city and street names often include apostrophes and some of my imported entries even had backslashes which I removed. I ran test with unaccentuated data and had no problems So I mostly have character data and/or character handling issues and it's a challenge to find if its my data, PHP, javascripts or SQL that bugs.
