Yes. If I unzip it, I get:
unzip -t cigvis.kmz
Archive: cigvis.kmz
testing: usr1/ge/products/MADIS/sfc/metar/cigvis.kml OK
No errors detected in compressed data of cigvis.kmz.
Each of the icons is specified locally to the placemark (and while I
didn't look at them all, they seem to be the same).
