You've already seen the terms, I'm not sure which part you think is a
problem in this context? Obstacles arise for behind-closed-doors
applications.

That's fine, it's not a bulk download of anything ; the lat/lon is
directly derived from screen position (I guess?) and not using any
remote service (such as geocoding).
