Where have you tried it? The page you gave earlier http://test.yachtmasters.ru/obratnaya-svyaz.html still has <script type="text/javascript" src="http://maps.google.ru/maps?file=api&v=2.x&oe=utf-8&hl="&key=ABQIAAAAzr43jZ48vkPXzjEvgSG8ABT98WkicJs1XKxE0mWpzmKxacL5hBTKYUFwXsJcgZlvq4Bbs6ReJ6592Q&sensor=false&indexing=true";></script> Note the src="... finishes at ...;hl=" and everything after that, including the key, is not part of the url. If correcting that doesn't work, get another key and try again.
