No, that isn't your problem. Anyone can generate a key for any domain they like. It won't be any use to them unless they control the domain. It won't be the same as the key you generate from your googlemail account. Either of you can generate keys as many times as you like, they won't change. There is no record of who has created what key at Google's end, this is embedded in the key, and the keys are decoded on the fly at each new access.
