Neither. Geocoding is not supported in Israel. Maps data in the API is much lower quality than google maps. from: http://gmaps-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/mapcoverage_filtered.html Israel No No No No No No No Not sure how up to date the spreadsheet is, but if you search the group for "Israel map" you'll find lots of answers.
