Hi Larry,

I had done that in Firebug only (which I couldn't really test on
reload) but now I have moved the script to just before the closing
body tag on live site.  Not sure whether you can see this yet, due to
caching.  The grey box issue seems fixed, thanks.

Now it's just still map.setCenter and png issue in IE.  Any ideas?
