Yes, they are different databases.

Remove bits of the address and use the right format for highway
numbers. Geocoding generally matches whatever is shown on the map. So
the following work:
4536 I-55, Jackson MO 63755
4536 E Jackson Blvd, MO 63755
4536 E Jackson Boulevard, MO 63755
4536 MO-61, MO 63755

Commas are ignored and it appears that it can't sort out having two
Jacksons in the address.

Having said that, this doesn't get the right location:
4536 MO-61, Jackson, MO 63755

At its best, geocoding is guesswork. At worst, it's a black art!
