Or even, just set that option
var opts = {locale:"fr"};
on the fly. You don't really need five copies of the code.
var myLocaleVariable = "fr"; // or whatever
var opts = {locale: myLocaleVariable};
There are many ways of setting that variable, including storing the
locale in a cookie, or using a drop-down select box, or...
