Ha. At a guess your coordinates are not being set correctly. That map sort of looks like what happens when set invalid coordinates (including Nan)
Maybe you could reduce it down to a simple test case, a simple page that demos the issue. Not in your site template. You are having trouble figuring out what is going on, imagine what its like that dont know their way around your (obfuscated!!) code. Similifing it down, may even lead you to find the error, but at the very least it will make it easier for others to help you.
