seems to be normal - results vary but as Rossko says, it's not the API
that is dong the locating - you're feeding it the coordinates that are
supplied by another service - possibly via
navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition(), but what's the point in
guesing.

for some locations this is very accurate. For others it's way off.
Where I live, the best I have seen is the IP lookup by Max Mind - it
gets within a couple of kilometers (although it currently locates me
about 10km out in the Caribbean Sea - I wish).

navigator.geolocation misses the mark by 200km or so.
