Hi, I have an application that allows a user to draw a custom shape and then it provides statistics based on the underlying data. We later provide a snapshot of the user drawn shape to the user using the STATIC MAPS api. For some reason and for one particular entry, the static maps API is providing a different image than the one drawn by the user.
The following link depicts the actual shape drawn by the user. http://www.huduser.org/staticMapIssue.html The following is the link to the static map sent to the user. http://maps.google.com/maps/api/staticmap?center=&zoom=&size=512x512&maptype=roadmap&path=color:0x000000|weight:1|fillcolor:0x336699|34.715230%20-92.294941|34.715195%20-92.296658|34.716853%20-92.299018|34.720275%20-92.300777|34.725424%20-92.301764&sensor=false The list of points that form this shape are 34.715230 -92.294941 34.715195 -92.296658 34.716853 -92.299018 34.720275 -92.300777 34.725424 -92.301764 The shape appears differently and this happens only for this particular geography. Is it a problem with this particular area or am I messing something up? I am unable to understand what is going wrong. Can someone please help me in this regard?
