Hi, I suspect I have the same problem. We are a small Government department that supplies archival services to all the other Government agencies in our state. However, the total hits on our whole website only averages between 500-1000 hits per hour. We offer 3 maps (using the Static Maps API) to our customers showing where our research centres are placed. We are regularly getting the quota exceeded icon replacing the actual maps on our website. One of these 3 maps has not yet even been publicised to our customers so there is no way we can be hitting the 1000 views a day limit. However, because we are a small site, we are hosted on an ISP via a large cluster of web servers that the ISP uses to services a large number of other customers including other Government agencies. We have our own host name http://www.archives.sa.gov.au but not a unique IP address. The fact that our 2 maps to our customer centres are regularly disappearing "until the next day" is becoming a source of great embarassment. So if there is a simple solution I would dearly like to know what it is. A link to one of our maps (when it is there) is http://www.archives.sa.gov.au/readingroom/visit/geppscross.html
