There is no way to "delete" a key. It doesn't work that way. I've
always been able to generate a new key for someone else's domain: it's
part of checking that a key is correct.

So: what's the domain? What are you doing to generate a key? What's
happening when you try? Which browser are you using to generate the
key (yes, really: that can be an issue).
